About Us - Meet the team!
I bet you're all wondering which entrepreneurial business men set up this site and what's in it for them?
Well sorry to disappoint, but for starters there's only three of us and we are but humble students who recognise the needs of students. Not millions here then!!
The three of us started MyUniSwap.com while we were students studying at the University Of Hull because like all students we were fed up with having to buy full priced books for our courses that usually we only used for one semester and we saw how we could do our bit in helping the environment by providing a service enabling students to recycle their unused books. Then we thought about it and decided, why limit the service to just books? Let's face it the average student nowadays has got loads of other stuff they're not using or want to get rid of. So go green and do yourself and the environment a favour and start swapping.

 | Kola - Forget Mr Motivator, we've got Kola. This guy knows how to talk but we don't mind because whenever he's talking it's either about some great new idea to improve the service, or a pep talk to keep everyone's spirits up and keep us all motivated. When he's not talking (rare occasions) he's thinking up those previously mentioned great ideas all aimed at you the user. |
 | Phill - Will tell you the facts and leave out the tact. Phill is the organiser of group. Whenever we need to plan for things, Phill makes sure we are prepared. He never beats around the bush and gets straight to the point. He's the deadly kill of the three of us. Fast paced, quick thinking, Phill is the man for any job. |
 | Luke - Calm ship in a storm. Luke is the quiet one (though not as quite as you might think) but don't be fooled by it. When Luke is talking you listen because you know what he's got to say will be important and to the point. Relaxed and easygoing, if there's a crisis Luke will have it covered. Calm and efficient, if you need something doing Luke will get it done with the minimum of fuss and in a short space of time. |
