Tips for Safe Swapping (top)
Here at myuniswap.com we care about the safety of students using our site. Here are our top tips for safe swapping:
- Only swap with registered members
- Only swap messages and agree your swap details through the myuniswap.com site
- The best place to meet to swap with someone is on campus, that way there’s always likely to be plenty of people around in an emergency.
- Keep to busy places, if someone wants to meet somewhere quiet, you’ve got to question their motives.
- If possible take a friend or two along, if you can’t then you should tell someone where you're going and how long you're likely to be.
- If you're unsure then don’t swap with someone, or wait till you can arrange something to suit you.
- Always swap during the day, this helps to avoid any possible confusion and it’s more likely that there will be more people around.
